Rates in EURO for per person/day (min. 5 days) include: american breakfast, salad-buffet for main meals, dessert buffet, reserved parking, pinewood, private sandbeach with umbrella, sun-beds, 2 heated swimmingpools, use of undresscabin.
Drinks are not included.
Occupancy tax is not included in the rate. It costs 0,60 cents per person a day (tax is free for children till 12 years old)and will be paid cash the departure day.

Every room with seaview balcony, WC and shower, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, safe and TV SAT and air conditioning. WIFI Service included if your staying is of minimum 5 days.
The room and the services (like parking and beach) will be at your disposal at 11 AM of your arrival's day, while you will leave the room within 10 AM of your departure's day.
Each service used after 11 a.m. of the departure’s day are on payment.
Check-out date will be confirmed during your check-in. In case of delayed arrival or forward departure, it will be invoiced the room rate for the whole confirmed period.
Half or Full Board service is set up with the first meal on the check-in day till the breakfast of the check-out day. Any other meal on the check-out day will be "invoiced".
Meals not taken will not be refunded, but free lunch packet service is available upon request.

N.B. Bookings are considered valid only when a deposit of Euro 200 has been received, within 14 days from booking's date.
